We are happy to announce that a residential Natural Farming Learning Centre at Bhaskar Save’s farm, Kalpavruksha, will be inaugurated soon, beginning with an introductory course from Sunday, November 2 to 9, 2014 (8 days).

The course will be conducted in Hindi. The teachers/guides will include Bhaskar Save, Naresh Save, Suresh Save, and guest lecturers like Dhirendra Soneji, Vasant Futane, Ashok Sanghvi, Bharat Mansata and others.

Apart from talks, discussions, observation, personal reading and reflection/self-study, the course will include two hours of practical farm work every morning and late afternoon, or a total of 4 hours each day.

A maximum of 20 students will be enrolled for this first course, with preference given to self-motivated applicants who will directly apply their learning to farm work.

Applicants are required to fill the attached application form and send it to us by email/post by 30th September, 2014. A personal or telephonic interview may also be required before final confirmation of enrolment which will be informed by 10th October.

The total course fee of Rs 3,000 (including accommodation and food for 8 days), should be paid by 20th October, 2014. A few concessional scholarships are available for deserving candidates with financial constraints.
