Rs. 8000/- For Workshop On Biodynamics (12th to 15th January)
Rs. 7000/- For Workshop in Vegetable, Dairy & Fodder Management (16th to 18th January)
Rs. 13000/- If registered for both workshops
This is inclusive of workshop fees, study material, all meals & additional activities but does not include accommodation and transportation.
Note: A need based discount of up to 30% on the registration fees can be availed by small and marginal farmers. Limited to 3 on a first cum basis.

Accommodation:
I) Tents – Rs. 300/- per night per person on a sharing basis (two in the camping type tent and four in the cottage tent).
Note: This is very rustic/basic but clean tent accommodation on the farm itself with shared toilets. This is not recommended for elderly participants. Bedding will be provided. Please do bring mosquito repellent. This type of accommodation is available for only 15 people on a first cum basis.
II) Dormitories on the Farm & nearby Farms – Rs. 350/- per night per person.
Note: Transportation (shared auto rickshaws/taxis) will be arranged for one time early morning pick-up & night drop each day.
III) Rooms on the Farm & nearby Farms – Rs. 650/- per night per person on a sharing basis (two or three based on the room size).
Note: There is limited availability for this type of accommodation. Preference will be given for the elderly or the infirm. Transportation (shared autorickshaws/taxis) will be arranged for one time morning pick-up & night drop each day.
IV) Hotels – Hotels in neighboring towns of Vallabh Vidyanagar & Anand
Note: Participants will have to make their own booking and transport arrangements. For the list of hotels see the ‘Hotel Information’ page.
General Notes:
a) If trainees have registered for the BDAI conference & wish to avail the accommodation, please inform in advance and pay the additional appropriate per person per night accommodation charges.
b) All participants are advised to arrive on the previous evening i.e. 11th January for the first workshop and 15th January for the second workshop. People who have opted for non-hotel accommodation are requested to arrive before 6:00 p.m. on the farm on those days. Dinner will be provided. People arriving after 6:00 p.m. will have to make their own arrangements for that night in one of the listed hotels and come to the farm the following morning after 6:00 a.m.

Workshop Summary:
Workshop On Biodynamic Farming – The four days (Jan. 12th to 15th) cover the basics of organic & biodynamic farming with many intensive hands-on sessions.
Workshop On Vegetable, Fodder and Dairy Management – The three days (Jan. 16th to 18th) cover the art & science of growing Vegetables, Dairy & Fodder Management. This workshop will be conducted by Sarvdaman and his senior apprentices Ashish, Jnana & Ravi

Getting to the Venue:
The training centre, Bhaikaka Krishi Kendra, is located at Ravipura village (opposite to Kashiya Kuva Bus stand , on Anand-Sojitra Road, 13 kms from Anand (well known for AMUL – the milk brand). Anand is well connected by train on Ahmedabad – Mumbai rail line. From Anand railway station catching an auto will be the best option. Charge should be about Rs. 150/- to 250/-.
