The fifth edition of BioFach India together with India Organic 2013, took place at the Palace Grounds in Bangalore from November 14 – 16, 2013. The exclusive trade show for organic products in India, organized by NuernbergMesse India Pvt. Ltd in collaboration with International Competence Centre for Organic Agriculture (ICCOA) and the Department of Agriculture, Government of Karnataka, witnessed business enquiries worth INR 1720 million across all the three days. This includes INR 260 million of business generated during the B2B meetings at the Buyer-Seller lounge alone. At this year’s exhibition, 7,491 visitors from India and all over the world including buyers’, sellers and farmers together with 158 exhibitors from India including 10 state pavilions once again experienced three colorful days filled with successful business talks, exciting conference presentations and a host of cultural activities. The event this time around was a perfect blend of elements like exhibition, networking platform, conference presentations, International buyers’ delegation, cultural initiatives like the Consumer Connect Program.
