New pitch for organic farming at Chandigarh convention next week

NEW DELHI: Seeking adequate government’s intervention to promote organic farming in a big way, thousands of farmers from across the country will assemble in Chandigarh for a three-day convention, beginning February 28. They will share their success stories with policy-makers and brainstorm on ways and means to make India a world leader in organic farming.
