President wants to make SL free of agrochemicals by 2020

President Mahinda Rajapaksa chairing a meeting of the Presidential Task Force on the Prevention of the Chronic Kidney Disease last Friday stressed that he wanted to make Sri Lanka free from agrochemicals in 2020. About two billion rupees was spent on CKD patients per annum from the health budget amounting to Rs. 150 billion.
