REFUND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • DONATION REFUND POLICY:
    • OFAI expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. OFAI also recognises that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind. OFAI will examine each request for refund of donation and endeavour to make the refund. However, OFAI is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
    • If you would like your donation to OFAI to be refunded,
    • You must request OFAI in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach OFAI within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you made the donation 

    All decisions of OFAI in this regard will be final and binding on the donor.

  • REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY:
    • Registration Payment of INR 3500 is not refundable, if registration is cancelled. Registration can ONLY be transferable to another person.

  • STALL BOOKING REFUND POLICY:
    • Stall Booking Payment is refundable 30 days before the event. Any cancellation after 30th November will not be entertained for refund.
