Terms and Conditions:

• Cancellation policy: You can cancel your stall participation at the Biofach Farmer’s Market 15 days before the event. Any cancellation after 25th July will not be entertained for refund.

• OFAI is a Supporting Organisation for Organic Farmers across India for the Biofach India event. So we can guide you to the nearby accommodation and food options but would not be able to provide the same.

• We can provide a confirmed stall at the Farmers Market within Biofach India ONLY with 100% Advance Payment.

• We offer subsidised stall area (normal stall charges at Biofach India are 4-5 times higher) only for authentic organic, OFAI vetted organic farmers, co-operatives, farmer producer organisations and farmer led start-ups where our members have a priority.

• We do not provide stall to traders and bigger companies.

• Any damage to any of the property within the Farmers Market area will be borne by the participant. Biofach India will charge you in person and not OFAI for the damage done.

• Other Terms and Conditions of Biofach India Nurnberg Messe applies to all the participants coming to the Farmer’s Market.
