  • Terms and Conditions (REGISTRATIONS):
    1. Last date of registration: 30 October 2023
    2. Children above 8 yrs to be registered
    3. Entry to convention, food & accommodation included in the registration fee of INR 3500/-
    4. Carry Identity card/ Aadhar card for accommodation purpose
    5. Payment is not refundable, if registration cancelled. Registration can be transferable to other person

  • Terms and Conditions (STALL BOOKINGS):
    1. Minimum stall space provided will be 6 Sq M to each exhibitor.
    2. The basic facilities such as 2 chairs, 2 tables, lights, plug point and fan will be available in the stall. Extra facilities like led screen, audio-visual facilities, extra pieces of furniture etc are charged additional.
    3. Only organic products are allowed in the exhibition
    4. Products must be free from chemical preservatives, colouring agents, taste enhancers, caking and anti-caking agents.
    5. Packing materials must be either recyclables or reusable. Single use plastic carry bags are not permitted in the stalls.
    6. Registration is mandatory for stall attendees. Registration charge for a person is INR 2500 that covers 4 days basic sharing accommodation and three days organic food.
    7. Those who wish to book the stall can fill the application form for verification process. Selected stalls after the verification can pay the amount through the bank account.
    8. You can cancel the stall 30 days before the event. Any cancellation after 30th November will not be entertained for refund. 
    9. We can provide a confirmed stall at the Farmers Market within OFAI Convention ONLY with 100% Advance Payment.

    • We at OFAI accept donations from like-minded Individuals and Organisations that align with the Mission and Vision of the Association
    • We DO NOT accept donations from Organisations promoting any kind of chemical fertilisers, pesticides and GM seeds
