Stop trials of genetically modified crops: writer

DAVANGERE, March 20, 2014 Staff Correspondent M.G. Eshwarappa, noted folklore writer, and Andanuru Anjaneya, secretary of the Sharana Muddanna Savayuva Krishikara Balaga, have strongly opposed the permission given for field trials of genetically modified (GM) crops though it was established that these crops were hazardous.
